disclaimer: I made these up haha and they came out GREAT!!
Chicken Breast (mine were pre-cut into in 5-6 inch strips, about 1/2 thick at best)
Seasonings (S&P, oregano, basil, garlic, onion)
Preheat oven to 350º while you prepare chicken
-In two containers, melt butter, and put dry breadcrumbs and seasonings (I went heavy on the oregano and basil, and I'm glad I did! YUM!)
-Dip chicken strip in butter first, coat well
-Then dip chicken in seasonings/breadcrumbs coat both sides well. Place on cookie sheet (I sprayed my cookie sheet with a little bit of butter spray)
once all the strips are dipped; place in oven. I set the timer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes they could have been served; ALWAYS check chicken- I just cut the thickest piece to check and it was done.
At that point I prepared my spaghetti.
Once my spaghetti was cooking, I took out my chicken and put a spoonful of sauce on each piece and topped with Mozzarella/Parmesan cheese and finished baking till cheese was melty.
These weren't overly crunchy but good enough for me!!! The chicken was SO moist, thank you butter dip hahahah!! I served this with a sourdough bread and enjoyed every stinkin' bite!
