I wanted to share this recipe...it is SO good...quick and easy!!
2 cans tamales
3 cans chili (any style you like)
2 cups shredded cheese (any kind you like)
1 onion, chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread two cans of chili and chopped onions on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Unwrap the tamales, and reserve the sauce from the tamale cans. Lay tamales on top of the chili. Spread the remaining can of chili on top of the tamales, and pour the sauce from the tamale cans on top. Top with shredded cheese.
