Weekly Healthy Recipe 4/25 - 5/1

I am going to be pretty busy on Friday and Monday at work, so I figured I better get this up now for next week

This is one of my favorite recipes from www.skinnytaste.com


I used ground turkey to make it a little less fat also and if you can find the Sara Lee buns (or other brand) that are like 45 calories or less. Oh and you can add other veggies in there too Smile

I made this a few days ago and it was way different than my hubby's sloppy joes but still yummy. I'm used to sloppy joes being a little sweeter and meatier so it was a little weird for me but the taste wasn't bad at all. I can see that this recipe would be a good one to sneak veggies into your meal if you have kids that won't eat veggies.:D
