Sorry I am a few days late posting this, I'm just glad I remembered in the correct week I got this recipe from freebies2deals.com a couple of weeks ago and tried it. I thought it was yummy but didn't have as much of a strawberry taste as I hoped. You may try adding more strawberries if you think you would like it more sweet.
Chicken With Strawberry & Black Pepper Sauce
10-15 Strawberries (about 2 cups)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 garlic cloves)
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter
pinch of salt
Grill chicken breasts, or cook in a sauce pan with about 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook chicken about 7 minutes per side until golden brown and juices run clear.
Puree strawberries in food processor or blender until smooth. Heat butter in sauce pan over medium-low heat. Add garlic, pepper, strawberry puree, chicken stock, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and salt. Let sauce boil and reduce by at least half.
Drizzle over chicken and serve!
I haven't checked over here in awhile...this sounds yummy!
