Okay, so yesterday at work... you guys remember that lady that ticked me off because she threw away my hot fries? Well, I've was at my store the beginning of the week and at the other store yesterday and today. Okay so anyway, she paged my phone.. I thought she needed something. This is the convo: Her: How's the baby? Me: Um.. I guess the baby is okay...? Her: Just checking. Haven't seen you in a couple days. Me: I was at my sto ... Her (She cut me off): What are you eating? Hot fries? Me: *loud exhale* No, I don't have any hot fries.
So she hangs up...and WALKS to my desk and makes note that I'm eating some cheese crackers and that I shouldn't be eating them. I turned around and was like look, I don't always feel like eating and to keep my stomach from hurting because I don't hardly ever eat a meal, I have to constantly "snack". She said mmmhmm.. and walked away. UGHHHHH
Then, I decided I wanted Wendys. Got there, waited in line like 15 minutes which is very strange to wait that long, got to the order window thingy...and realized I was at Chick Fil A. HAHAHAHA Oopsie!
Got my friends maternity clothes! Most of them fit, there was one pair of pants that I'm not even gonna try to pull up my leg. She's my size too, so I'm not sure what she was thinking...lol. But she gave me a dress and a skirt ...that's not happening! LOL I'm a jeans girl, the last time I wore a dress was for my wedding to my FIRST husband...and a skirt? Pretty sure I was two. Regardless, it's like 3 pair or pants and 10 shirts so I was super stoked! Plus now I know what I can buy in terms of sizes. Hope you ladies are having an awesome weekend... tomorrow is looming and I know I gotta clean up this house!

Jessica - ZOMG I think that lady is seriously certifiable. Please, please, please, next time she says anything at all about what you are eating, I want you to smile pleasantly and say "Thank you for your concern, but my food choices are not up for debate." Repeat as many times as necessary until she shuts the hell up!!!!! You don't need to explain or justify your choices to her, because it's none of her freaking business. Some people! No house training whatsoever, apparently. LOL!!!!

In my (extremely humble ) opinion, being religious is no excuse to act like a jerk. Perhaps she doesn't know that she's acting in a completely inappropriate way because no one has ever made it clear that offering unsolicited advice (up to and including throwing things away) about peoples' diet is rude, rude, rude. Really, you're doing her a favor by making her realize she's behaving badly, bless her heart.

You are supposed to look like whatever you look like, silly. But yes, I will post a pic later. I am kind of slobby at the moment, but I have to dress up a little tonight for Sukkot, so I will take a picture and post it on the picture thread tonight after I get cleaned up.

So, how was everyone's weekend? Mine was good, just busy. On Saturday we took T to gymnastics, and then later on Saturday afternoon T and I met my boss and her two kids at Jump Street. T had a blast; he gets along really well with my boss's son. They ran and played for the entire two hours....and then T fell asleep in the car on the way home. I don't blame him, can you imagine jumping and running for two hours straight?

On Sunday I took him to see Hotel Translyvania (which was super cute!) and then Sunday night we went to my ILs house for the first night of Sukkot. Dinner was good, it wasn't too cold, and T got to play with his cousins, so it was a good night. We go back again tonight for round 2!

Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Alissa, are you close to your IL's? Driving distance I mean? We live about 30 minutes away from DH's mom, but she has 6 cats and I can't be in the house more than 15 minutes before I start feeling like crap. I'm highly HIGHLY allergic to cats.

Saturday I worked. There was someone banging on the door when I left. My dept closes at 9am on Saturday and it was past 9...and as mean as it sounds, I let them bang on the door. It's not even the "correct" door, it's the fire door. Fire door's are supposed to stay CLOSED unless there is a FIRE. DUH. It irritates me when they do that. Plus, I refused a wine order Friday because he couldn't make it before 11am and he acted all clueless, like he didn't know when I closed...so when I heard someone knocking at the door it made my blood pressure go up immediately LOL. So today I found it was the magazine guy. Joe (the boss) refused the order because I wasn't there, but...he could have taken it. I don't do anything with magazines any more, as of last week I don't have to touch them! WOOHOO! Regardless, people need to learn how to get there within the time limits. The door is open for 7 hours, I'm sure you can make it there sometime. Sunday, DH got home and we had to take his truck to the car repair place. He hit a deer so he needs to get it fixed because he wants to take it hunting in the mountains. (I'd feel so much safer with him in the truck than that piece of crap car..LOL).. so anyway, we dropped it off and DH and I proceeded to have an AMAZING night. We went to Walmart and IHOP, but it was JUST US. We didn't argue or anything (I'm pretty much over what happened last weekend) and ..it was soooo nice. We stopped by his moms house to get his stickers for the car and then came home. So, nothing too exciting, but.. it was a great Sunday

Jessica - Yes, we are only about 20 minutes away (depending on traffic.)

That's so nice that you and your DH had such a great night on Sunday. Some days a laid back night of dinner and shopping is just the perfect thing. How rude of people to just expect your department to stay open (or re-open!) late. And good for you for not catering to it. I find that if you let people break the rules, they typically just expect to be able to break them again.

Jina - Hope you're not too wiped after having your neices this weekend! You'll have to let us know how it went.

AFM - Sitting here snacking on some trail mix that is made of nuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, and M&Ms. I think I must be entering the "I love food" part of pregnancy, because at the moment this is maybe one of the best things I've ever eaten. Also, I'm getting ready to leave work early so I can hit Costco on my way home. Apparently they sell the Honey Smoked Fish Co's pre-cooked salmon. I had never had it before, but we had it with dinner last night, and it was uh-MAY-zing. I think I'm going to get that, some salad stuff, and some potatoes for dinner tomorrow. Sooooo good. Can you tell I'm getting really hungry lately?

Alissa, yes you're right. The person that had the job there originally was....slow, so she was always still there when people got there late. I don't want to stay all day so I get it done and get out..lol! I've never been a big fan of trail mix - I don't really like nuts. Well, I like pistachios..lol I'm currently shoving my face full of spicy (and I mean SPICY) Ramen Noodles LMAO. I'm making a pot roast that smells YUMMY but it won't be done until tomorrow.

DH has school tonight, so I've been on youtube watching vlog's of pregnant people. Yes, I should clean. Yes, I could clean. But I cut up some celery and potatoes for the pot roast and I consider that work...the carrots came in baby size already LMAO I'm so friggin lazy! Today was HORRIBLE with m/s. I gagged every 5 seconds. Something came up in my car, but I had no where to spit it. ....yeah. I don't know why I have really bad days and then days with nothing until the afternoon. I guess maybe it's easing off, atleast I'm getting some good days...

    Hello everyone.

I'm sorry...I just don't have the energy to go back and read everything right now because I'm sick. Yep. My nieces came to us sick. I'm irritated that they sent the girls to us without a warning. BIL claimed they had "allergies". When we got them they were coughing up a storm and had runny/snotty noses. One even had a slight fever. They were coughing all over everything! LOL...M and I are slight germaphobes so as you can imagine we were both totally grossed out the whole time. Anyway, we still had fun.

I'm now sick with a cold. I'm also having a hard time moving around because the sides of my torso hurt. I think the muscles are getting stretched out and I also probably over did it with the girls. I picked both of them up a lot. I'm also having pretty bad RLP pain with lots of Braxton Hicks contractions.

I'm going to stay in bed most of the day today and read. Hopefully I start feeling better soon!

I hope you guys are all doing well!!!
