Wheeeeeeeee! I am so happy. Had a GREAT appointment! Saw the baby. :D It was amazing, as soon as the baby came into focus he (I'm calling it a he for now) started waving his arms around and jumping, and looking in the right direction so it looked like he was looking right at the "camera" ( I know it's not really a camera, that's just what it was like, since I was looking at him on a TV screen.) You could see his face and everything. It was incredible. He is beautiful, and so active! I am so so happy. I feel like I was afraid to totally believe before that I really am going to have a baby, but I believe it now, and I am soooo happy and in love with that little baby. :cryinghard:
So, baby is measuring 4 days ahead (T always measured ahead too) and the heart beat was nice and fast (dr estimated about 160-170, but the crappy old machine doesn't calculate it. The machine also wouldn't print a picture, although the dr did try to get one that would have been a classic (great picture of the baby looking at the "camera" and waving). I have my NT scan in two weeks, but dr said he felt "very optimistic" that the risk is behind us.
