And a big boy too! He is measuring a week ahead of schedule, and she said that his long bones (like his arms and legs) are "very long." Lol other than that, she said that my OB will go over everything with me at my OB appointment in about 45 minutes, but she said that nothing else stood out as unusual to her, so I'm guessing everything is good. T is a tall kid (has been between the 75% - 95% percentile for height ever since he was a baby, and DH is just shy of 6'3 (was 6' by the time he was 13 yrs old, so I'm guessing I just have another big honking boy on my hands.
Here are some pics:
I will let you know if anything interesting comes from my OB appt.
Oh, and on a side note, after my u/s I dropped off DH, came back to the medical plaza, and in a move of spectacular dumbassery, hit a parked car in the parking lot. So I left a note and am now waiting for those people to call me. So there's that. But other than that, has been a good day.
Woooot! I've been not-so-patiently waiting for this thread! Congrats on another sweet boy!!! Did T have a preference? I know Kostas is excited for a brother now but took awhile to come around to it because he wanted a sister LOL.
Yay yay yay! I'm so excited for your 2nd little boy and that the U/S didn't show any health issues either!

Congratulations Alissa on another healthy son!!!!
T is going to be such an awesome big brother! I am so happy for you and your family. I'm feeling a little emotional right now...lol. I'm so glad he's healthy and Awwwww @ him having such long arm and legs already.
PS - sorry about the little accident!
Congratulations on your little boy! I have 2 and the brothers are sooo sweet togther. I love having boys and wouldn't want my first two to be anything different. I don't remember you saying much about it...did T have a preference on boy or girl? I hope he is excited about getting a little brother to play with.
Sorry to hear about the accident. I know that is a pain. I totally hit a parked car in the mall parking lot a few years back. The spots are tight in this particular place anyway and as I was pulling in it was like watching it in slow motion in my head and I was thinking "I'm going to hit this car" but didnt' hit the breaks.
T kept saying that he wanted a little sister, but as soon as we told him that he was having a baby brother, he was super excited about it. so we're fine. We asked him what he thought we should name his brother, and he said "Rocket Ship Scott." T was Tank when he was in utero, so I guess this guy is Rocket Ship for now.
Yeah, crashing into that lady's parked car was crappy, but at least she was nice about it when she called. She was just thankful that I left a note (which is kind of a sad commentary on society. ) We have full coverage, so we'll get both our cars fixed, it's just kind of a pain, plus we have a $500 deductible. DH was not impressed.
Aww, I am just thankful you and the baby are ok! I remember when Caitlyn was in the NICU I was in the hospital parking garage all hours of the day and night. At one point I was so sleep deprived I hit a poll. It was just so awful. I was thankful though that it was a poll and not another car.
Awww....love the nickname Rocket!
I agree with Bonita, glad that you are okay. I once backed in to a GIANT dumpster. I SWEAR it wasn't there when I looked in the rear view mirror and just as I was backing out it just JUMPED out! lol I felt like a total idiot and Hubby still makes fun of me about it til this day. Geez...it's been 7 years or so, why can't he just let it go?!
Haha, glad that I am not the only one that has managed to crash into a stationary object.
Congrats!!! I'm hoping for another boy. They are sooooo much easier than girls!
