My weekends depend mainly on whether DH works or not. Pre-pregnancy, if DH worked, I'd find something to do (someone to hang out with) on Saturday and then spend Sunday cleaning, doing laundry, dishes, etc.. Or vice versa. I work a half day on Saturday, so when I get home I nap (lol) and then.. I play on the computer, read and do some cleaning up. That usually means I do a load of laundry. I HATE my laundry room, I can barely get in there. For some reason, the chimney is in there (I think they built onto the house and ..just left the chimney inside) and I lean up against that because the washer and dryer are right in front of it. I'm totally gonna have to go in sideways when I get bigger. Anywho, if DH doesn't work... we usually go over his moms house one day for a couple hours. He likes to play outside in the garage - but he says he's "cleaning" it, so I "clean" inside the house.

What I'm trying to say here, in a roundabout way is: I don't do anything on the weekends. LOL

    LOL Jessica.

I wake up early, not on purpose, just because T wakes up at 7 am every morning no matter what day of the week it is. On Saturdays I get up with T, make him breakfast, let him watch cartoons, while I hang out in my jammies and drink decaf and read or mess around on my computer. At 9 am on Saturdays T has gymnastics, so we all go to that, then we come home and DH heads back to the gym to work out. I spend more time sitting around, reading, watching TV, playing on the computer, while T plays. I also clean and do laundry, as much as I can work up the energy for anyway. Sometimes on Saturday afternoons T and I go hang out with my parents, or as a family we all go run errands.

On Sundays, DH often gets up with T, and they go and get donuts. I always try to go back to sleep, but never can, so I usually still get up pretty early. Honestly, it's usually just more of the same from Saturdays; sometimes we run errands or go visit DH's grandma in the hospice, but a lot of times we just hang out and relax. Nothing too exciting.

Jessica, lol...I don't really do much either.

Alissa, that's one thing I am not looking forward to. Having to get up early. lol We like to sleep in over here. Especially M, he'll sleep til 3 pm if I let him.

If we don't have any plans with family or friends our weekends are pretty relaxed. On Saturdays I normally get up around 9 am or so and putter around for an hour or two. I'll do some laundry, surf the net, tidy up a bit and feed and take out the dog if he's awake (he'll usually sleep in as long as someone is in bed ). Around 10 or 11 I drag M out of bed and he'll spend an hour or so in his office. I usually jump in the shower and get dressed for the day while he's in his office. We'll head out of the house around lunch time to grab some food and spend several hours screwing around, running errands and shopping. We'll grocery shop before heading home. We get home around dinner time and we always eat out on Saturdays. If M doesn't have a lot of work to do, we'll watch a movie or something. I go to bed around midnight and M stays up working or studying for few more hours.

On Sundays, M usually works in his office or on the couch depending on what he's working on. If M is really busy with work I usually just leave the house for a while and do my own thing. If M decides to work from the couch, I stay home and laze around all day.

    Not very exciting....lol

We like to sleep in as well. But I only get to sleep in on Wednesdays and Sundays and I think I'm so "programmed" that even when I am off, I'm up at 5. I get up at 3 when I have to work, so that's a little bit of a sleep in. Generally I can go back to sleep, but DH can't. He gets up. Then he makes a lot of noise. He made me laugh this past weekend. I was asleep, he started to mow the grass. The lawnmower is a neighbors and it kept backfiring (?) and it was right beside the bedroom window. Then DH came in and went..oh.. I didn't wake you up did I?

I didn't know 3 in the morning was an actual thing...LOL I've stayed up that late during a different more rambunctious phase of my life, and been woken up that early by a baby (and occasionally a pre-schooler), but I don't think I've ever actually gotten up that early to get ready for anything. I would be sooooo bleary eyed. I am NOT a morning person...
