    Default QOTD - 9/28

Are you using any special creams or potions to avoid stretch marks?

Hahaha. No, not really. Last time I slathered my entire body in cocoa butter and VitA cream, and it did NO good. Still got stretch marks all over my belly and boobs (and probably my butt, but I didn't look...) I read that it's genetic, some ladies have the awesome "No stretch mark" genes, and others have the "awesome" "I look like a map!" gene. I have the map gene.

The map gene...lol...I like that. I'm sure I'll end up with stretch marks. I'm ocassionally using Palmer's massage cream for stretch marks but I just can't stand the smell of cocoa butter. I need to be better about moisturizing my skin because I'm all itchy everywhere. I've had really dry skin since I got pregnant and it's getting worse!

Oooh, I remember when I was probably about as far along with T as you are now just itching and itching and itching, especially my belly. I remember reading someone else talking about the same thing and saying that they looked like they had gotten intimate with Wolverine...lol I don't have that yet, thank goodness!

LOL...I don't look quite that bad yet, I don't think. I do have a few places where I scratched a little too hard. I was hoping for a nice pregnancy glow but I guess that's not happening for me. I'm just going to have dry, itchy and scaly skin!

Hopefully you won't get dry skin this time around! I hope you get a pretty glow!! You know....since you're pregnant with a girl and all!
