    Default Braxton hicks and stress!

HELP! I got really stressed out yesterday and started having a lot of BH. They all went away with rest and I'm much better today. But I was wondering this is my 5th pregnancy and I'm currently 17 weeks and 3 days, is it normal to have BH this early? I know they get worse and earlier with more pregnancies but this is my first time with twins. So far I've been really healthy and all my pregnancies were normal except for one (my 3rd), which my doc attributes to a stomach virus throwing me into pre-term labor. It all turned out fine. And pregnancy #4 was problem free like 1 and 2.

I've mentioned this to my docs nurse and she didn't seem to think it was a problem. But I'm just curious has anyone had this happen?

I started getting them with exercise at 16 weeks. By 18 weeks they were getting a little nuts and I was off exercise for the duration. It's my understanding that frequent and early ones are common but not normal, if that makes sense.

Yes, it is normal to have them earlier with twins, but also pay attention to them, and take it easy if feeling a lot, and mention it to the doc at the next appt.

I nursed my twins for 2years and 2 weeks! A little sad to be all done now.
