Hi ladies!!!
Been lurking for a bit trying to glean as much info as I can from you all.
We have a 2.5 yo son. We found out at 19 weeks we were expecting twins in October which was quite the shocker. We're still learning all about twins & such & all we reall know is they are two boys.

Welcome!!!! And congratulations!:) Feeling shock is a pretty normal response to learning you are having twins. It is also really exciting! :)

Hmm, I'm trying to think of some good advice. How about... protein, lots of rest, and lots of water. That'll help grow babies! :giveflower:
