Wow, so tonight was the 1st night I've gotten just 1 hour sleep!![]()
I've got the worst stomach ache ever mixed in with BH. I've taken Zantac, PepcidAC, Gas-X, Tums, nothing's helped. The gas pains just keep on going. So I got up, having a cup of tea now, will try to eat something to see if that will help. I did have (TMI) a BM, so it's not blockage. I'm just so miserable, if it doesn't stop hurting in a few hours, then maybe I'll head up to L&D again. I've never ever have had a stomach ache like this, don't think it is labor though.
Jennifer I'm so sorry. About where you are I started having similar issues. These are the things I tried to help before calling doctor.
1 ate something mild like oatmeal or crackers even if 2 am. I started to not be anle to go more than 4hrs without food or my stomach would cramp up and then reflux would go crazy
2 drink plenty of water, juice etc. note I had to cut out anything like apple juice that caused gas
3 ask doc if there is sleep help even if just one out go 5nights....the less sleep the worse my tummy was
I hope you feel better but go to L&D if you don't better safe than sorry
Thinking of you. Having trouble with time to post bu I'm here if there is any support I can give. I know how hard the time you are in is and you will make it through...

8/30/12 Lucas Anthony & Olivia Ann arrived at 37 weeks
Thanks for the advice! Will try it. I'm also thinking it might be bowel obstruction, so I'll mention it tomorrow at my doctor appt. Glad to see you back online, I saw your other post.
I'll be watching for an update, Jennifer. Hope you get some relief soon.

Back from my appt, doctor says some women get a lot of problems with their stomachs, etc, towards the end, including (TMI) diarrhea. So basically, nothing is wrong except for everything getting squashed. She did say to limit dairy which I have anyway, no cravings for milk or anything. She said to eat very bland, small meals, like eggs & toast sort of stuff.
Now the funny part is that I come home to find my c-section booked for exactly 38 weeks, Sept. 27th. I'm LOL because I just spoke to her about booking it sooner because I've been having so many problems, so we'll see if they'll bump it up a few days. At 38 weeks, these babies will be 6-8lbs or more each, gulp! I am only 4' 10", already have to hold my belly up while sitting, there's literally no room left & even my stretch marks have stretch marks (haha). Yes, these two babies are happy as clams inside and will have to be evicted, that's for sure. It's just rather comical that I'm so tiny with such a huge belly that I feel like someone should invent something to help hold me upright...because I may tip over.![]()

So....I got my c-section moved up by 3 days, big whoop, LOL.It's going to be 9/24 (a Monday). Last night and the night before, sleeping is impossible. Looks like that'll be the norm from here on out. No way am I going into labor on my own, if I do it will be a shock. With my boys, it never happened & I went to 41 1/2 weeks with my 1st before getting a c-section. I have babies who just need to be evicted, haha. Anyway, let the countdown begin....

I am the same way I never have gone into labor wouldn't even know what it feels like. My babies like to cook until 41+ weeks. We are almost there Jennifer whoooo hoooo!!! Wish we lived closer and could hang out on the couch to pass the timeWe are gonna have us some nice big healthy babies thats for sure!!!
Sarah, I know, we're so close now to the "finish line". You're 5 days ahead of me due date wise. Are you going to go natural or book a c-section? My doctors say lots of women go into labor by themselves with twins around 36 weeks but you & me, nope! I keep making jokes about how they'll come out talking & walking.
I plan to do a home birth ........ ha ha kidding .... the pool we belong to offered a water birth tooHowever My c-section is booked for Sept 18th. My others were c-section, my first was an emergency and my 2nd was planned . This time I pretty much planned to have a c-sec and of cource one baby girl is breech and yes she could still turn but its unlikely!! My dr even checked me wed and no dialation. My specialist wanted me to deliver around 37 weeks(9-14) but my ob wanted to wait til 38 weeks so he decided to split the difference .As crazy as this sounds my subdivision as a huge garage sale on 9-15 and I really wanted to get rid of some crap I went thru this spring so I am pretty happy that I will more than likely still be prego and can do the sale.......
Mine were all c-sections too. My boy is the one who's breech, happy as a clam that way, so I feel like you do - that they will turn but doubtful. That's great you can still do the garage sale!![]()
