Looking for Reassurance....

So, today when I went to the restroom, I had some brownish discharge. It has me completely panicked!! My Dr. is letting me come in tomorrow for an U/S and the nurse tried to tell me it is fairly common. Now, it has me overanalyzing everything...Was that a cramp I just felt? Did I just feel a gush of blood?? I know its ridiculous but has anyone had a similar experience?? I have only had that 1 episode of the brownish discharge and hopefully thats it (all my nerves can take). Also, moms that have had a singleton pregnancy, did you "feel more" with twins?? I seem to be more aware if I have a pull or cramp..I don't recall feeling all of that with my first...Thanks for any input!

I had a little discharge when I was suppose to have pd but nothing after that and u will cramp more because your uterus is growing twice as fast. Some of the cramp were really painful and I thought I was losing the babies (although at the time I thought it was just one). With DD1 I bleed like I was on my pd constantly and it turned out I was just over doing it I went on bed rest and it went away. So yes I experienced the same thing

I have had 5 pregnancies and 4 babes, so I lost two pregnancies in the first trimester. I spotted with all 5 and had bleeding, somewhat heavy in 4 of them. The one I only spotted was one of my losses. Unfortunately spotting is normal, brown is better than red, since it means old blood, but it still has made me panic every single time. Hugs! How did your u/s go?

We saw 2 heartbeats today!!!! Such a relief! The blood is fom a small pocket of old blood that sits right above my cervix. She said probably left from implantation. Thanks for the encouragement!!!

YEA !! so happy for you - 2 heart beats is an awesome thing. Glad it was able to bring you some relief !!

Glad you were able to have an u/s to get some much needed reassurance. Not going to lie when I say it's a much more stressful pregnancy then a singleton.
