Sarah, that is so me. My 1st son was 8 lbs. 4 oz., carrying around 9 lbs. now is so hard for me.

Danielle, I am not sleeping well either. Good thing for my Nook! My legs get achy also, I go to bed with a back ache then wake up later with the legs hurting. You're getting closer though, 35 weeks is awesome! /hugs

Ugh, I'm sorry guys, the end of twin pregnancy is the worst thing ever ever ever. If you end up having them vaginally, the relief after the first one is born is so intensely awesome. It's amazing.

I think the relief of both of them being born was simply amazing! I could not believe the difference in how I felt, even with having a c-section. I could breathe and eat again!!

Agreed 100%. The relief is amazing. I had to experience the joys of birthing both ways and the relief was still amazing. Although if you bf you are still starving. I think even more so then being pregnant!

So doctor gave me an end date today if I don't go into labor on my own, they are inducing (most likely caserean unless Baby B turns) on 9/6. I have mixed feelings but we are hoping I go on my own before then.

She seems confident with how big the babies are they will try to come on their own sooner, I hope so because this will be my only babies and I was hoping for the experience of labor..

Sept 6 is my babes bday hoping baby B turns for you. Question-why will they not let you deliver naturally if B is breech?

If you have a c-section, just know you're not missing anything. Vaginal births with twins are in an operating room with a billion people and the only perks are major ripping (3 holes become one!), hemorrhoids, and the inability to properly use any of those three holes for many months to come.

My doctor told me if I do vaginal, he won't do it in an operating room - he starts in a regular room and would have people on standby for an operating room.

Krista - There are 10 doctors at my office. You see 1 and she is my primary doctor but any of the 10 will backup/be on call. At their office the policy on twins is if the 2nd twin is breach and not significantly larger they will consider vaginal delivery if one of 3 more experienced doctors are on call or can backup (the ones that have the experience with breach). The other 7 doctors (including mine) won't do a breach 2nd twin without backup of one of the senior ones (partially because if the forceps or turns are not done cleanly and quickly as triple noted they don't want you to tear that bad).

They strongly prefer not to try with an induction due to the much harder labor with the pitocin. So between now and my induction date I have about a 35% chance of going into labor a day one of the senior doctors are on call. For my induction, they want to schedule a cesarean.

I have mixed feelings but at this point I'm so grateful they have made it this far I'm not going to overly think this birth.

I am delivering at the most baby friendly hospital in town and they will NOT allow twins to be delivered anywhere but the OR....
