NST today...

Had my first NST today with the twins! It actually went well, both babies cooperated well and I passed with flying colors...

Unfortunately, my BP has been not behaving itself lately... so now I have "closer monitoring" to watch it.

Closer... closer... closer - I am already at the ob once and week and the hospital once a week, on different days. and every other week I am at the endocrinologist.

Now I remember being sick of seeing doctors waiting rooms after dd was born, I can't even imagine the withdrawal I am going to be in after these two come out!!

Glad your appt went well. I never had to do NST (thank God!). The appts are crazy but its worth it if they can prevent a problem.

Oh the billion appointments per week ... I remember it well. I'm glad they behaved for the NST. I had a couple of slow ones before I discovered that buying an ice cream at the hospital cafeteria immediately before the NST led to a much faster result!

Yes I learned that last time with dd.... except I bought peanut butter m&m's .... hmmmmm!

Also, if you drink ice water during the NST it gets em' moving !!!

WE had our second NST today, same story babies did great. BP are acting up. Except this week starting tomorrow morning I get to collect my urine for 24 hours so they can check for protein... sounds like fun.... not!

but otherwise we are chugging away aiming for 38 weeks.
