    Default Saying Hi

Didn't see this board hidden down here till just recently. Just wanted to say hi!

    34 weeks with b/g twins.

Any advice for sleeping these last few weeks? I can't seem to get more than an hour at a time if I'm lucky.

I've been taking Unisom, just a wee bit, I cut up the pill into 3's or 1/2. I find it knocks me out for a few hours at least. I dislike having to take it but if I didn't, I'd be up literally all night long. I do wind up waking up around 5-6AM though and that's what really "does me in", sometimes I can sleep, sometimes I can't. It's my legs that wake me up, pains in the legs & of course more reflux. I never thought sleep would be so difficult.

I know sleep is close to impossible to get, but have you tried sleeping on the couch? The back support helped me.

Last two nights I've mustered probably 5.5 -6 hrs between wake ups. Life is much better with some sleep....working on < 4 hours just doesn't work!

Thanks for the sofa idea - I've started napping there during the day. I can't sleep too long there but it's great for short naps!

I swear our body plays a mean trick and is preparing us for being up all nite with babies!!!! I have been sleeping terrible at night I wake up around 3-4ish and stay up for an hour or so than head back to bed. I also wake up several other times with horrible acid reflex. Its gonna be real rough when dd starts back to school Thursday. Because most of the summer the kids and I slept in which was nice!!!
