They are all perfect and no I don't think the first one is too plain! Love the paper! I can't decide if #2, or #3 is my fav!

OH, they turned out great. I love the second one.

I'm torn about the first one, it looks cute and I think leaving it the way it is is fine, but if you wanted a torn or scalloped scrap of paper might look good under the top left portion of the picture.

I love the second one as well- is that wordart or did you do the title yourself?

They don't look plain to me - the only thing I might add to the first one is a border or stroke or frame around the picture.
