    Default baby shower invites

    hey girls...

sorry i've not posted much...got lots to catch up on the next couple days and then should be good again and posting...pregnancy nausea has been kicking my butt too! But happy to have it all at the same time. so flipping excited about our scan in exactly 3 weeks Hopefully all is well! My sister is going to come over from the mainland for the day and take our daycare so wayne can be there with me

I'm trying to look up ideas for baby shower invites...I want to make them but thinking they need to stay flat as they will cost too much to mail if they are 3D...I've just been trying to look up some in google images but we have a new router and now my internet SUUUUUCKS. It's running like a snail! I'm wondering if anyone wants to posts onces they made or maybe have saved to faves because they've seen them somewhere and liked them?? I'm thinking of possibly going with the stroller out of circles thing but am open to any pics you may have Thanks ahead of time!

I made photo invites for a shower I threw a few weeks ago for a girlfriend. I used a picture of the couple, and ultrasound picture, and the text. I printed them 4x6 at the local Walmart where I also bought photo-size envies. The whole thing cost less than $10 for around 30 invites.

I'm no help, I haven't made them at all. But are you talking about for YOUR shower? If so, shouldn't someone else do that? Just wondering.

And I can't wait for your scan too. Glad you're feeling m/s, it's reassuring isn't it? But it sure isn't fun!

lol. I've waited long enough for a child of my own to scrap about...I get to make them! lol. My sisters are "throwing it" for me, but I already said I am making my own invitations cuz I've been looking forward to all that stuff for years. They will fill them out and mail them, asking people to come...I will just make the fronts. I've known quite a few people who have made their own and even thrown their own showers so it doesnt bother me at all. We aren't registering or anything anyway...we just want to throw a party in celebration of the little one coming! I'm more excited to play all the goofy games and see old friends and family I've already said we should call it a baby "sprinkle" lol

I made 40 for my cousins shower. They weren't too bad given you have enough time to do them piece by piece. My cousin lives in NC and we weren't sure if she'd make it up to WI, so I had to make them with a quick turn around.

    I'll post a picture tonight.

    Here's mine:

The stamp I used for the inside. I stamped 1 and wrote in information, copied, so there were four of these to one sheet and photo copied onto pastel paper. Much easier then writing on each invite.
