I'm so excited to get started. this will be my first time. I'm a biggest looser virgin. I just started weight watchers so hopefully that will help me keep on track. I'll have to print out a sheet and post it in the kitchen so i remember to keep track of points and don' thave to remember at the end of the week.
You get an extra point for tallying your points and posting them each day! So it's a great idea to keep track somewhere, but you're extra good if you check in and post for both support and point tallying!

I went over and set up my space. I'll have to read/print out everything when I get home today so I know how to tally the points stuff. Got my water jug, we are 2 hours late today. So, I'm off to work!!

I just filled my spot, so I think we are set. I'm in the 10 position and there are 9 of us, if I counted right.
Morning is good so far, 1/2 a banana at home, a bagel and applesauce at work right now. Off to get some water.
So far so good here, but then I've only been up an hour lol. I need to clean out the pantry today and throw out all the chips - that's my 1 red light food ... dh will have to have them at work if he wants them because if they're in the house, I'll eat them.
Trina, my mom helped me clean out the pantry yesterday! We still have chips, but they are more dh's thing. Mine is the sweets! I threw out a bunch of candy, from who knows how many halloweens ago.
When we are set up do we want to post recipes (or could we have an extra thread for recipes?). Last night I made mac and cheese from scratch, it used pureed butternut squash as the base. It was delicous!
i think everyone has there spot set up over on the BLC board. so i think we can start our support/chat up now...?
