Okay, signups have started for the next round of the Biggest Loser Challenge. Several of you were interested in forming a team.
The points challenge signup is HERE.
All you need to do is go to the thread and say that you want to be on the scrapbooking team. The team will be created if there are enough people or you may be joined with another team if your group is small.
There is also a individual weight challenge that you can do as well. Signups are HERE.
The new rules are not up yet, but there will only be slight changes (if any) and you can read the current rules HERE.

Note: The points challenge is focused on healthy habits vs losing weight. It is great motivation and gives you a team to be accountable too. You can do this challenge while pregnant. Points are earned by staying on YOUR food plan, drinking water, exercising (at your level) and more. The weight challenge is an individual challenge where you report your weight each week. This challenge does not require daily checkins (where the points does). I find that I enjoy doing both challenges since the points gives me the daily accountability and a team and the weight reminds me that my overall goal is to drop the pounds!
