Birthday gift LO (Pic heavy)

My cousin's little girl is turning 2 soon. I'm making an 8x8 album for her. Here's what I got done today. I got to play with my cuttlebug and the embossing folders.

She is turning 2

embossing closeups:

The tag is the only cricut cut: says Pool Party Limit One!

These are great pages. There is no way I could pick a favorite because they all look awesome. I really need to use my cuttlebug more. What did you use on the embossed birthday present in the first pic, chalk?

You just crank them out, don't ya? You should be so proud. Great ideas there, I want a cuttlebug now.

My fave is the monkey one! I love them all though. What does the cuttlebug do? How does it work?

Kelly, you are doing amazing on all these pages. The Fun and Sun pages are my favorite! I was looking at how you did the word "fun"...did you layer it with two different papers, then put the circles on it? So nice! And I love the matte around the photo on the Mickey Mouse page. (The rounded corners with two different sizes)
This is a very sweet gift!!

Kelly, I LOVE your work! It's so colorful, it coordinates well, and is just so cool! This is a GREAT album. Do you find it's easier to do smaller sizes, I mean as opposed to 12x12 pages? I love it all...great work!!

Nice work I too like smaller books over 12x12. 8x11 are my fave size to work with.

I love that monkey page and all of the embossing. Where did you get that monkey from?

The monkey came from New Arrival.

Charys- the Fun and Sun and all the others on that page are all stickers.

Carrie- I like 8x8 albums if I only have a few pics per LOs. It's hard to do a LO with lots of pics and fit them on a 8x8 page. I haven't done an 8x11. I need to try that size. Sometimes a 12x12 is just too big.

I can't remember who asked but the cuttlebug is a die cut machine and it also does embossing.

Thanks for the nice comments!

Is the "wanna" cuts in "wanna play?" page from the Mickey font cart? Those are cool! Why didn't I think of that? I have the Fabulous Finds that has the same square shape w/ a eye hole and could use my Design Studio to weld letters......nice job!

Yes they are, I just backed them with the yellow paper to make them stand out b/c the background paper was so busy!
