Called Cricut

and the was the most excruciating phone call ever. The lady was an airhead or at least talked like one and it was so annoying. But they are sending me a brand new machine and I'll send mine back to them. YAY!

Sorry your Machine sucks, and I hope it doesn't take them long to send it to you. Does it work a little bit or can you not use it at all.

Hope you can get back to scrapping with your machine quickly:)

Hopefully the shipping will be ASAP. Are they waiting on your machine to get to them before sending you the new one?

No it takes about 2 days to process and then about 5-7 days for me to get the new machine. Then I put my crap one in that box with the return label and send it back. So hopefully it will only take about a week and a half.

I'm glad you're getting a new machine. It's a pain that they practically make us bleed to get legitimate replacements, but I guess there are a lot of jerk people out there who try to get replacements even when it's something they deliberately did.
