Well, it's about time I posted a challenge huh?!
Since graduation is this weekend for my home-town I've been thinking a lot of life's achievements...both small and great. So for this challenge I want to see a layout(s) done on an accomplishment. It could be a graduation, learning how to ride a bike, climbing a mountain, sewing, "firsts".....basically anything that qualifies as a life accomplishment! Can't wait to see your pages! Post your layout(s) here by midnight on Monday. I'll be drawing for a gift certificate to Two Peas.
Oooooh.... I have the perfect wordart for this!
I finished this last night but after I got done posting it for my CT and everything I was too tired to come back here lol. So here is one of my greatest achievements - graduating University.
The journalling says:
Convocation June 2001
Quaecumque Vera (The University logo/saying)
University of Alberta
Bachelor of Arts
Goodness, I'm having trouble thinking of something. I may have to go back to Andea's first year scraps and scrap her first steps or something like that.
Oh I know what mine will be about! Can we post more then one???
Jess My Blog
Momma to Kayley (7-13-07)
RIP Reed Aslan
Yes, post as many as you'd like! The more the merrier...plus that's more times to get entered into the prize pool.
Trina, that is awesome! wow!
Wow, this LO turned out NOTHING like the sketch I had made for it! Seriously, I don't think there is one element that is the same in the sketch and the finished LO. It is sooo not how I pictured it would be! Oh, well! Also, I forgot the date so I added that on there after I took the pic.
Journaling: From the first time you played Wii Sports just before you turned three, you were obsessed with the bowling game. You played almost every day! Your style was...well, unique. You would use the remote control more like you were swinging a baseball bat than rolling a bowling ball, but somehow it worked. You really were quite good! In a few short weeks you began beating the grown-ups! Daddy's "pro ball" fascinated you, so you were thrilled when you reached than level soon after he did!
P.S. I am well aware that this is not a real achievement! But it was a pretty big deal in Evan's 3-year-old world!
