I saw an idea similar to this in Southern Living, so I made a bunch of these for Christmas. (Hint: ink your child's hand when they are asleep....it sure makes the job much easier.) These took just minutes to do. I used DH, mine and Kayson's thumb prints, then just hand-drew in the faces and antlers. I used a hole-punch for the red nose and a white pen for the eyes. EASY!
The idea in Southern Living had the little purchased eyeball things and used cotton for the nose, but this was easier and I didn't have to buy anything.

Very sweet. I do this art with my kindergarten class. We also make thumbprint poinsettas (you ink you thumb in red and print around in a circle!)
