Christmas Cards

Guess I can show these, since I'm starting fresh with a new idea for the swap.

Peace Cards. I punched the dove with the Martha Stewart dove punch on transparency. Then I painted them silver and let them dry. The transparency worked better than paper, because it didn't warp. These are the cards K destroyed last night. ETA, I am already working on a totally different design. Smile

On the rest of them I used the Jasmine font for the word "Peace", but other than that they were identical to this one.

Lots of different transparency Christmas cards. I made a few of each of these

All the Christmas cuts were from the Christmas Cheer cartridge.

Oh! And I wanted to share something else. I took my TV table outside with me and set my cards on it to take these pics. It worked perfect!

Those are amazing! You inspired me to pull out my Christmas Cheer cartridge! Biggrin I wasn't really into making cards last year around Christmas time, so that cartridge wasn't used much. Now, it will be! I love the trees and reindeer!

Not a stupid question, b/c I was wondering the same thing. I meant to ask that on the transparency question post. What DO you do?

Not a stupid question at all!! I usually glue a piece of paper to the inside, if I want to write a long note. But, my white sharpie works perfect on transparency, so it's either. On all my Christmas cards I will be attaching a family photo with photo corners, then writing a greeting underneath. So I will probably use a white pen for it. A few I put cardstock inside though. Let me see if I can post some examples after I clean up supper dishes.

That would be cool if you could show us Charys. I'd love to see a finished product.
