Cricut Question

Is it really worth the money? I really want one, but a friend of mine is not as happy with hers as she thought she would be. I guess what I am asking is if you have one, are you happy with it?

Also, I was on their webiste. The cartridges that you buy i know are seperate. Is what you see on the back of the package what you get? or do they each do more?

I'm thrilled with mine. I love it. Lots. I do wish I'd got the expression but we just don't have the room. My scrapping space is a cubpoard and living room floor. So if you have the space I highly reccomend it. The best way to tell what each cartridge is is to go to the website cricut.com, pull up each cartridge and on the right side of your screen are a bunch of buttons, click the "cartridge sample" and that gives examples of what each of them has.

I love mine. I have the cricut expression. The cartridges are/can be expensive, but I always wait for good deals and because of that, I've never paid more than $45 for a cart after taxes.

I just got mine a few weeks ago. I finally played w/ it just a couple of days ago and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! I got the Cricut Expression, for the difference in price between the Expression & Machine, I felt it was just better to get the bigger one. I got mine off of Ebay, so it was sooooo much less than what you'd pay at any craft center or cricut.com. Even the carts are so much less. I did purchase a Sizzix Big Kick a couple years ago and w/o a doubt, the Cricut is 1000% times better! JMO! LOL

LOVE my Cricut! As far as carts, I never pay more that $45 and am always looking for a deal. Cricut.com has a message board that gives some great ideas on projects they have used thier machines for.

Definitely do it E-Bay. I got mine for $150 including shipping. And I've never paid more than $40 for a cart on E-Bay. I never shopped E-bay before buying a cricut. Now I'm addicted to it. I already have seven carts and I only got this a month ago.

I love mine too. I really like how easy it is to use and how helpful it is. I only have 4 carts, 2 free, and I bought the other 2 through custom crops. I need to start looking at EBAY though! Wink

Erin- you ARE addicted huh? 7 in a month! Wink

Okay but I only buy like three at a time. I go on and bid like crazy and then I stay away for a few weeks. I'm bound to win something. The six I've bought I bought in just two visits. It's not hard.
