When you download the free kits what program do you use to make up the pages? I spent all of this money on memory mixer and it appears that I can't use the free kits!!

The free google program is called Gimp. I use Photoshop CS2, but a popular program to use is photoshop elements, it's about $75 at Costco/Sam's club. That stinks about memory mixers and not being able to use the graphics though!!!

Have you unzipped your files? Most scrap programs can use pngs. But not all can use psd (photoshop) files.

I use PrintShop and have also used Scrapbook Factory.

We have GIMP, but mainly use it for photo editing. I've not figured out how it all works well enough to use it for scrapping.

Good luck!

I thought Memory Mixers does use the .png files??? unless it is an old version. Check the documentation to see if it uses .png

Your computer should have an "unzip" program already installed. Smile You can download others, but to get you started just open up one of your "zipped" (they have the zipper down the file folder) by double clicking. My computer opens that up with a side bar that says "extract all files" and I can use that to open and move those files around.

You'll want to find a way to organize your files because they'll accumulate quickly!

I HTH!

Glad you figured it out! Google 'unzipthemall' if you want a free program that'll unzip more than one zip file at a time Smile
