    Default A Few Pages...

My mojo is finally starting to kick in. I'm trying to do more LO's of Kai as she graduates this year and want to use them for part of her party. But as you can see, I get distracted. This is what I've done in the past few days:

    Akira

    The Three Musketeers

Bren & Kai (They're so tiny here!!!!!)

Kai & Bren (A year later)

    Me and my nephew, Graden

Wowzers! Too much great scrappig in one place. LOVE all of it, but especially that one with you and your nephew. NOt sure what it is exactly, but it just really stood out to me. I have to ask you though how you would use scrap pages in a graduation party. I am definitely interested.

Love all the pages. I can't wait to try the stitched circles on paper!
The page on your sister is just beautiful! (I think I remember you saying it was your sister)

Thanks guys! Carrie, I have used them in the past with my DS's grad party by having a laptop on the table and plugging it into a program (Nero in our case) where it becomes a slide show with music behind it. I don't know if we'll expand it this time to have a large screen and projector to have as a background piece people can look at while mingling. But I also plan on printing it into a book for people to look through.

Tia, thanks for the idea! I'll definitely look into it. You're correct, it's my sister with my grandma following 20 days after her shortly after this picture was taken. Purple was my sister's favorite color, as is mine so when I saw this kit, I instantly knew I was meant to use it for her. I do use scrap therapy for times I'm really missing them.

Wow! You really have gotten your mojo back. They turned out great. I love the first one, so adorable. The frog/insect one is great too, I loved reading all the journaling.

Way to go on some beautiful pages.

Loving the new pages! The first one is BEAUTIFUL! I can't believe your "baby" girls are so big now. Time is FLYING. I really enjoyed seeing these pages, especially the ones of your older two as younger kids.

The one with you and your nephew brought tears to my eyes. Those moments really hit me. I agree with Tia, scrapbooking is so therapeutic. Lately I haven't felt any mojo with a lot of emotional stuff going on, but when I saw your post it made me realize how much I miss it.
You did amazing on all of these. TFS

Thank you! You have no idea how much that means to me. Scrap therapy really releases feelings that are pent up in that moment. It's a great way to relieve myself of what I've been thinking or feeling to put on paper (digitally in this case) how I've been feeling or thinking. It's a great way to show emotions creatively. Here's another LO I've done with my sister and Journi (whom Dacia never physically met) who inherited her first name in part of her middle name. I'm sure you'll understand it:
