These are the cards I did last Monday. I was inspired by Sarah's latest share when I made these. They're all Thank You.
the cool patterned strips of the purple and blue are from a tissue box (you might remember the layout I did with the same pattern)
The inside looks like this (it's pink on 1 of them though)
And this layout took me over a week!!!!! This was my dragging my feet layout. I used the park map as my background. I tried to place the pictures near the place they were taken on the map. Too busy or just right? Journaling in strips around as a border.
We spent three days in Hershey Park ... three days of food, fun, and chocolate.
Jordan didn't want to go on any roller coasters ... but by the last day, she rode the Comet with me.
She was very scared, but I was so proud that she rode.
The girls really loved riding the Trailblazer, a very tame rollercoaster.
They also loved all of the kiddie rides, especially the balloon.
We didn't spend much time in the water park area - Jack napped in Daddy's arms while the other kids ran around in the water.
Andrew LOVED riding the rollercoasters, that was his favorite part!
We had Combos for a snack, and Natalie called them "brick brackers" ... and the water she called "brick bracker water" - no idea why!
Jack gave true meaning to the "I scream for ice scream" as he definitely screamed if he didn't get it.
Natalie kept asking to go on more rides. “Another ride?”

Those cards are lush! I am really into butterflies at the moment, but haven't tried to do anything with them. I think i'll have a go!
The layout is great! It does look busy, but that fits the heme - it was a busy day!! It's still easy on the eye and not confusing to look at so the right kind of busy i'd say.
it was three days of photos jam packed onto this layout. craziness!
I think the LO is great! I can't believe that you only did one LO for a three day vacation!
I LOVE those cards! They are awesome!
Oh aye! I didn't notice the date! That's because our theme parks are so small they only take one day to get around - at a push!
One day Sarah? Wow! That sounds nice actually.
Gwen, I LOVE it! It is busy, but like the PP mentioned, it's just the right kind of busy. You are so good at that. I think the fact that you matted all the pics really helps the eye be able to see them all. GREAT job!

Wonderful job on the cards. Love that you used the tissue boxes again! Way to recycle!
And that LO is really cool! I love the map as the background and the photo cutouts are perfect for the look. I love your matting on them. It really makes them pop!
