    Default Four months

I scraplifted this from a layout in Creating Keepsakes - there was an article on ways to use vellum, and I loved how they did the title in vellum. That being said, I'm thrilled with how this layout came out!

You started your month with your checkup - you weigh 15lbs 13oz and you’re 26” long. You seem to love when when I’m wearing you. You’re really a wonderful baby, and I enjoy spending time with you. We took a family vacation to Great Wolf Lodge - you seemed to enjoy the water at the waterpark, but you didn’t like it when it got cold in between pools. This month you discovered splashing in the tub – you’re all smiles as you splash away. You rolled over this month (it’s the first time you’ve done it since you were a few days old) and you had your first food (pears from Daddy) which you really enjoyed. The last first of the month is your first ear infection, which is no fun. I’m enjoying you as you continue to grow and change.

Wow, you can really see the vellum. I'd have thought it'd have gotten lost on the page, but it's awesome here. I can see you got your Graphically Speaking cart already too! I LOVE your journaling like that....this one's going into my faves folder!

This LO turned out great. The vellum really sticks out nicely and the journalling style looks great too. I just bought several pages of vellum myself so I need to experiment and hopefully it will turn out as nice as yours.
