gotta love the guy....(ot and xp)

okay my husband is "somewhat" helpful around the house (though not as much as he used to be)....his latest phrase that got him in trouble was "I did the dishes for you!!:D " I'm like, "I'm sorry..FOR me??? As in it's seen as my job??" lol. We had a laugh but seriously...men....so I went into the kitchen expecting to see a few clean dishes in the rack and the load I had already done earlier put away dry in the cupboard....instead, this is his handwork....................................................................................

...............................................................

.....................................................................................................

tada!!

He makes a leaning tower of Pisa out of our dishes.....and then says "well they're clean!" Yes hun, yes they are Lol Men...
Funniest part was later in the night when we were watching tv and they all came crashing down. We burst out laughing and he bolted to pick them up before I ran to get the camera cuz he knew I'd show friends. Oh well, still got the before shot! Wink

p.s. I am SO scrapping this Wink

LOL... That's like my hubby and "doing the laundry for you". He doesn't fold... at all, so I get these huge towers of laundry. Like with you, it's one of those things you've just got to laugh at.

Definitely needs to be scrapped!

HAHAHA!!! That's hilarious!!! It probably took more time for him to get them to balance just right than it would've taken to just dry them with a towel. Men!

That is the one thing DH almost never does and when he does he makes a big deal out of it.

My DH and I have a deal. I will do the family room and keep that up if he'll do thte kitchen, because if I'm not cooking or baking something, I hate it. So today he's doing the kitchen. I'm blessed.

I love the picture!

My Dh is pretty good. He does all the laundry, they magically disappear off the floor and reappear in my closet clean. The really cool part is he taught my 12 YO son how to do laundry before he left. SOOOOOOOOO now the laundry disappears from my hamper and reappears in a basket ready to be hung up.

As for the dishes my 7 YO washes and my 12 YO puts them in teh dish washer and puts them away.

Yes, you totally need to scrap that! That's funny ... my dh's latest is telling our DD that 'you know, in the 1960's it was the WOMAN who did this job' when he does something like *gasp* vacuum or do the dishes. I just say "Well, thank goodness it's no longer 1960!".

I have to admit, I make towers like that too. I despise drying dishes!
