Just wanted to share my cardstock challenge layout here too. I feel like it's missing something but I don't know what.
And then here are some other gifts I've been making - thanks for letting me show off my handiwork. I have a LOT more still to do, and hope to have some quality time with my sewing machine next week. This weekend is a wash as we have a lot going on.
A hat I knit for my goddaughter ... I am debating adding a pom pom on top. If I do, then I won't have enough yarn to attempt to knit another one.
However, I put it on Jack and it's very snug. I don't know if it will fit her or not ... I have to measure his head and compare to her head measurement.
He wouldn't keep it on his head, so this is a very goofy shot
And I knit a hat for my sister ... but I want it for myself. I want to use this same yarn to do one of Jordan, I think. It's so soft and warm. I wish I could figure out how to make the ear flaps.
And then the tote I made for MIL ... I combined two tutorials to make this, and didn't really measure much of anything. Of course, as a result, I made some mistakes and had to rip some stitches. But it came out really nice. It's lined on the inside, and uses the same two fabrics I used on my mom's bag.
