Happy Birthday

My son's teacher's birthday is today. Here is the card I made.

Got the idea from scrapperlinsey. I LOVE her stuff. Pattern for this card can be found through this link. She also made the apple card I showed awhile ago. http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1044770?cat=500&ppuser=132080

TFL!

That is so cute! I have one of those crimpers but I rarely use it. If you have other ways you've used it, I'd be interested in seeing it.

Charys showed us those paper birdhouses. I bought the crimper to make "tin" roofs for them as I'm making 70 of them for a party favor. (I get the money for the crimper as a result so it's free to me!) I've thought of crimping a strip of plain paper instead of using a more expensive patterned paper.

That card is adorable!!! TFS

I watched a scrapbooking show and they had a crimper on there. All they did was run a piece through and it was used as an accent piece on the LO. I loved how it looked and now I want a crimper. LOL

Me? Never. I like to taunt you with my projects. LOL (Kidding. Of course I'll share, but it'll be closer to Dec before I'm done with them)

Next installment. Smile

I inked under the edge glitter to make it stand out more. My 3 year old helped me, and INSISTED that we write grandma in glitter. I was going to make it look like there was sprinkles on the frosting. It works though. I got to give this to my MIL yesterday as an early birthday card. I also got to e-mail it to my grandma today for her 80th birthday. (She loved it... she can have the card FOREVER flashing on her computer screen saver without having the paper clutter.)
