I hope you all have a scrap-tastic weekend.
Here is what I've accomplished.
Up Close- The only thing I'm not utterly thrilled with is the shell. It's an overall accurate rendering of a baptismal shell, but I dunno, it just seems to amateur the card.
Mother's Day Card for my MIL
Mother's Day Card for my Mother
I only wish I had more butterflies to add to the card instead of flowers.
(I've had this paper for ages to use for my mom but it was so pretty I didn't know how to do anything without just cutting the paper to size and slapping it on a card. All I did here was add flowers and crinkle the corner. Oh, and I totally took a page out of Karen's book and wrote out Mother's Day.)
Mother's Day card for godmothers. (I'm in the process of making 5 more of these)
Trina gave me both of these papers and again I was finally happy to find a use that showcased the paper but still had my hand in it. The "ribbon" is paper that I wrote Mother's Day on. The birdie paper is pop dotted.
Oh, and just for Charys, I got stickles happy with all of these cards. And the scallops were cut with the scallop scissors I got out of the scrap train (so from maybe Lauren? I certainly thought Lauren while using them...lol). So many of you provided me with inspiration while I made these. I'm so glad to be a part of this community.
Mish, these are beautiful! I'm loving the grad cards, adding to my 'lift folder. And I think the baptism cards look really nice. I'm digging the Mother's Day cards, and wondering when I will find time to make mine ...

happy scrapbooking today everyone! I made another cake last night (another cute one!) and I don't have any to do this weekend so I'm hoping to get some scrapping done this weekend. For now, it's off to Moe's for lunch!!

Wow! You've been BUSY! I love the baptism cards, I don't see anything wrong with the shell.
I have some stuff sprawled around me but I can't really do too much more on what I'm working on (Grandma's Brag Book for my MIL) because I need to print the rest of the pictures I need. I did get my mom's finished though, that was easy because it was just pictures of Miles since he's the only grandchild.
I suppose I could start a LO, but Miles will be up soon.
Happy (late) NSD!!!!!!!! I didn't do ANY scrapbooking yesterday, but hope to get some cards done today. I've got so many to do!
Mish, fabulous cards! I'm jealous that you got so much done. The stickles is fabulous.

Fantastic cards! I love the stickles on them all -- so sparkly and eye popping!
I think your shells look perfect. And I really love the paper on your last card.
