yup.... go to gottapixel.net make 30 posts and you will get access to hundreds of freebies. They seem to be having problems right now though and I can't get onto the site.... try back with them until you do.

If you look at their July team kit in the download secion there are a couple nice green papers to get you started.

Be sure to check the thread at the top of this forum, there are countless links to freebies there. Enough to keep you downloading for weeks lol

ps tell them little dragon sent ya. Wink

oh and textures are pretty easy to add in Photoshop if you go to Filters> texturizer.... play around with the drop down menu and sliders to ge the look you want. I don't know specifics about any other programs but I would imagine it is about the same process.

I got one that was pineapples and it had a green texture behind it. Let me see if I can find where it came from. I suck at keeping track of that. .....

Ok here is the sample sheet that came with the download. It was free but I forget what site I nabbed it from. Perhaps you know where the artist publishes at?

Please forgiveme if Im breaking the rules here, but would it be a big "NO-NO" to just email me a copy of your file? I'm not even sire if it's possible but I figured I'd just throw it out there since you got it free and all Smile again, I know very little about all this so it's probably not even possible.

Eve, there are tons of freebies out there, you can scrap gorgeous pages without ever spending a penny on kits etc.....

check out a bunch of the freebie links listed here

If you see a designer you like in a store you can often find their blogs at blogspot. Many of them give out regular freebies. Find some you like and keep checking back for new ones that have been added to the blog. Bannerwoman, Connie Prince, Michelle Pieters, Scrap Pony, Kathryn Mhire and countless others are on blogspot. Most sites will have freebies somewhere, sometimes on the gallery other times in their own download sections.

Anyhoo..... yeah start in that thread I linked to ^^^^^ Should keep you busy and in free digi stuff for a looonnnng time. Smile

How would I make my paper green before I texturize it? I've picked out the gree, should I just paint it all over the page? Or is there a way to select all, then color it?

Do you have a paint bucket icon?

I would use your paint can/bucket... so much faster than colouring in your whole page with a brush.

I think I asked before but can't remember seeing an answer... what program are you using?
