Heritage Cart?

Does anyone out there have this cart and would they be willing to do me a HUGE favor? I need 15 3 in cuts of a particular building on the cart. I have been looking at every store I can find to get the cart but I am having no luck. The places that ship can't promise me the cart until about 2 weeks from now which will be too late. The trick is, I need the cuts in vinyl or contact paper. Any color vinyl or contact paper would work, they will be used for etching. I am willing to pay for time and materials. I realize this is a huge deal but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.

You can cut contact paper on the cricut? I have tons of contact paper and heritage, but no vinyl.

Wish I could help, but I don't have that cartridge!

Yes Mish. You can use contact paper for stenciling and many have used the patterned contact paper for indoor projects. I believe the "kiss cut" for contact paper is blade on 6 and pressure on 2. That cuts the image but not through the backing. Would you be able to spare a few minutes and cut some of these out for me? I know you are extremely busy.

I'd have loved to do this for you, but I'm out of vinyl. By the time I get it in, it would be too late. Let me know if Michelle can't and I could go buy some contact paper ok?

I will work on it tonight. If I totally fail at it, we'll have Charys as a back-up.

Which building do you need?

Oh bless you! I need the second building from the right on the very top line. It is a rectangular building with 4 columns of windows and and little peak on the roof. I need 15 at 2.5 inches in size. Let me know if you have any issues. THANK YOU!

Some of them cut a little too close together, so I'll cut a few more in the morning and then I can send you the entire batch. Smile

It's actually for my MIL. She takes a trip with her ladies group every year to a bed and breakfast and then they tour the wineries and do some shopping. She is wanting to etch wine glasses with a picture of the inn (the cutouts I need from Michelle), and a bunch of grapes and the year on the other side of the glass. I had agree to do it and made this building on CDS only to discover that when I had to reset my computer, my software was erased and I no longer have the registration number. So, everything I had done on CDS was useless and the only places to get the software here local were $65. I can't really swing that right now so I had to find a back up plan.
