Update need to vent. Okay well it was not as fun as I thought it would be. I spent two hours in the store only to end up feeling guilty and walking out with only paper Sad I just felt bad spending money when we are short on money right now. Dh told me to go cause it was my birthday money so I did but still felt bad. I mean I told myself I had to spend it cause what would I tell my family and friends when they asked what I got. BUT... then at the store I was thinking it was stupid. We don't use credit cards at all so when money is spent thats it till dh's next check. Well I spent a whole 14.00 out of the 90 I had! What a loser I am! LOL I even saw a sign that said love to shop not mop! It made me laugh but I didn't get it. My mil called while I was at the store and asked us (since dh is off today) to come over for lunch. I am here now but they are not yet which is good cause I am so crabby and that would be mean to be crabby at dh after he had the kids and I just got back from 3 hours of shopping. I in no way feel like taking Jazz to Chicago today for the foot locker audition. I think I am going to cancel Sad I mean she missed school yesterday and today if we went she would have to get out 2 hrs early which I don't like 2 days in 1 week. I did smile when I came to my mil's house though. I walked in all crabby (I ran over my own foot while wearing sandles in the parking lot with the shopping cart, then I was over charged so had to go back in, I brought Damien who was great but as I lifted his carseat into the truck, my cart rolled away!!! So here I am still holding the carseat chasing the cart! STOP LAUGHING! okay I guess now that I think about it, it must have looked funny. ) Anyhow what made me happy was Jazzy drew me a pic that said I love you mom with a really good butterfly on it and flowers and she left it at my mil's for me so I saw it as I walked in. Smile Since we moved we used mil's address so she would not have to change schools so every morning we drop her here and every afternoon we pick her up just incase you all wonder why I am always here. Okay I am done venting thanks if you got this far now I feel better and won't take it out on dh Smile

Hun, I understand COMPLETELY.

We had to make some REALLY hard choices yesterday. We had to charge some stuff recently (computer, car repairs) because they were absolutely necessary for our jobs. We didn't the least possibly but the cc's we worked so hard to not live a month forward on, are now charged again. Sometimes you've got to let that guilt get to you so you can come out ahead in the end. It's not easy though- I know.

But just think... the train is almost through the list again and then we'll get to "shop" with it again. Smile

this is why God put me 85 miles away from the closest Hobby Lobby. Wink And I understand the feelings of guilt about spending money on scrapbooking! Been there before. Pretty much everytime actually. Take pics of the paper you got anyways...I'd love to see it.

oh, Tia, that sucks! so did you not even enjoy the two hours there even though you didn't spend much? I find that I can be at AC Moore for an hour and only walk out with $10 worth of stuff, but the time there by myself just looking around is nice.

And ouch on the foot!!!

That's wild that Damien is still in the car seat. I hate those seats, they're such a pain to carry!!! I just throw Jack on my back when we go anywhere now - he loves the ride, and it's so easy. I have a Beco carrier, very comfy!
