    Default Holy stickiness Batman!

I'm using my ATG gun for the first time ... I bought 12 rolls of tape for it. This stuff is insanely sticky! I need to get better about putting things where I want them to be because moving things wrecks havoc on paper and photos alike.

For those who have it, did you have a rough start? I'm just having a tough time adjusting to the true stickiness of the stuff.

I have been wanting one of those, but read that before about it. I would ruin so much stuff because I am SURE I like it where it is and then end up moving it anyway. I do want one though anyway.

Wow I'm glad you said that, cause I love that with what I use I can move stuff around...I was thinking of getting one of those. Hope you get some answers.

there is NO moving anything around once you've stuck it with this tape. you can gently place the taped item but once you press down, it's there for good. I had to go back to my tape runner on my layout last night because I kept messing things up.

I think I just need to get used to it, it's an awesome system though, but I will probably only use it for when I know I won't be moving anything.

I hope you adjust well to it. I just realized I forgot to put this on my Christmas list. Oh well, I'll probably buy myself one in January. I usually plan stuff out pretty well before sticking it down so hopefully I will get used to it quickly.

I think with this gun you can buy different kinds of tape so that may affect the stickiness. I'm not sure what kind you have but you could look to see if there is a less sticky version.

That sounds a lot like my permanent glue runner from Walmart. Once it's on, it's on for good. But I have the removeable version of the glue too, so that's nice. I bet Nancy's right...isn't there a less sticky glue you can load in it too. I believe Ashley (AshnBill) has one right? Maybe I'm thinking of someone else. ?? Anyways, thanks for the heads-up. I still want one myself one day. They look sooo nice.
