I can't believe it. In a week and a half I get to scrapbook! I'm super duper excited! Since last March I have been going to school and working one job. Then in June I added my lia sophia business. Then in October I added in Substitute teaching. So I've been a tad busy to do any sort of scrapbooking.
However on December 15th I turn in my last assignment for this semester. And on December 16th I will be in my scrap room!
The first on the list to accomplish is 2 name plaques for teacher friends, 2 advent calendars, and 2 family plaques for Christmas gifts.
Then I will begin working on our profile book for our adoption. I have printed out 156 photos (I probably won't use all of them). And I still have more to print from the last few months and this coming Christmas.
A little update on our adoption:
We are smack in the middle of the homestudy. In September we went to our info class and then in October we got all the paperwork we needed to fill out. In November we went to an all day adoption class. Our reference letters are being completed by various friends and family. We are waiting for a call to schedule our "financial" meeting with the agency director. At that meeting we will schedule two individual interviews with our social worker and then our home visit. After the home visit she said we will be a waiting family. So I have to have our profile book completed before I go back to school on January 10th!
So I'll be a busy scrapper this holiday season. Hopefully the mojo comes back.
