I'm piled on the couch sick and looking at tutorials for the Gypsy's and I want one!! I don't have the juke box or design software and it seems like this is the best of them both. Anyone want or have one? Come on, help me plead my case of "need" to DH!!
So, DH called to see if I was feeling better and I told him that I have been watching Gypsy tutorials all day. He asked me a few weeks ago if I wanted Santa to bring me one but I hadn't even read about them and didn't really know what they do. Well apparently he got online and read where Michael's has a rebate with Provo Craft through 10/31 so he got me one!!!!!! I told him to let me get the rebate out of the box and then he can wrap it for Santa but he said nah, happy early B'day!!! EEEK! I'm stoked- now if I just had enough stamina to get upstairs to my cricut!
I think Gypsy would be an awesome tool if you had a free period that you could use to design layouts. It would be nice to be sitting in the living room, watching television, and simultaneously designing an awesome cut or layout.
SCAL looks awesome for all the additional cutting opportunities but I wanted to wait because installing it voids your Cricut warranty. My warranty is up now so I am going to get it, probably after Christmas.
oooooh my gooooosh!!! You have the bestest hubby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOOO for you!!!! I can't wait to see what you do with it! And that Gypsy Wanderings cart installed in it looks awesome!!! I wish they'd sell it seperately!
