Ideas for scrapping vacations

I am sorry if this has been gone over before, but I am curious how you guys scrap things like vacations or big events. Do you just do several pages in your yearly books, or do you make seperate books for them? I also want to scrap pics of our Florida trip for my parents for x-mas next year, so would love any ideas for this too. I'd love some ideas for something other than putting them in a post bound book, but not sure what those ideas are. Smile TIA!

I try to put his pages in Chron order, even though they rarely get finished in chron order. That's how they end up in the book. So if you were doing something for your parents, maybe do an 8 x8 of your vaca to FL and leave your book in Chron order or however you do yours.

For me it really depends on how many pictures I took. We took a vaca to Cal last May and I did a 20 page book on it. If I only take a few pics then I add it into my yearly books.

I saw this on tv once where they had a wooden cigar box. They added all vacation pics to the outside of the box just using glue and then used mod podge and sealer over the pics. When you opened the box there was little things inside from the vacation pics, tickets, passes ect... I was going to make one of these in a week or so and I can post step by step pics if it is something you would want to try.

When I scarp a vacation I do a 2 pg lo with a bunch of pics. I have to look for my book cause it is still packed.

I don't have a plan at all when I scrap - hence why I'm scrapping pics from Oct. 2007, as well as pics I took yesterday lol. I wish I was more 'organized' that way, but I just scrap what inspires me.

I pick my favorite 10 or so and scrap them, then stick the rest in a family photo album. I have those mini photo albums full for each little trip we've taken.

I do mine exactly the same way. I wish I was more in order and organized. I am going to work on that.
