I did these a few weeks ago, but I never took pics. I was just organizing my new pics that I will start scrapping tomorrow, and I came across these LOs... (sorry pics are crappy. they were already in the book, and I didn't want to take them out.)
says: on daddy's birthday, you were intrigued by the birthday hat...just like on Mommy's birthday. We celebrated at Grammie and Grandad's. Joel, Kris and Maris were there too"
around the red square journaling reads: "on Friday, January 30, 2009, you and Mommy were hanging out at home when it began snowing hard. It looked like a snow globe outside. Mommy wanted to take your picture in the snow...you weren't impressed!"
Great pages Lauren!

Nice work! I love the journaling method in the last one (and the expression on his face is priceless!). The cousins layout is beautiful!

The colors on your Cousins LO are so pretty! They'd make the prettiest girl's nursery. And I really love the title.
The arrows on the first are great too!
I love the journaling around the outside edge on the last one. Great idea.

Good work Lauren! I love that Cousins one...those colors are just awesome and the pics are so cute. But they are all great. TFS

yeah I never get to use colors like that, since I mostly scrap DS's stuff. That paper was actually part of the DCWV Christmas stack I bought. The papers on the side were part of a striped paper. It had a few stripes that had candy canes on them, so I didn't use those. I chopped it up, and used the non-Christmasy pieces
