Make a Wish....or a {dozen}

Journaling close-up

I had to scrap him blowing out his candle, because that was probably his favorite part of his party!! LOL! He wanted us to re-light it over and over. Smile

Charys that is my new favorite from you. I LOVE it. Did you sew all of those x's on by hand?

Wow!! AMAZING Charys. I just LOVE this. The pictures are so great and the page elements are spectacular. Such great work girl.

Do have a question: imagine that. Smile Do you always do different size pages? If so, how do you put them in a book in any type of order, or do you just have books for each size that you put whatever pages in? Does that make any sense? I guess I'm asking cause this doesn't look like your usual 12x12 size, but maybe it is?

Wow really? And I wasn't really proud of this one, but maybe I'll look at it with a new "light". lol, thanks!! Yes, I hand stitched the x's. I still don't own a sewing machine, so stitching takes forever......one of these days!

Other than Kayson's first year, I have been doing all 8.5x11. I chose these because they are easier to store in my little house. The 12x12 albums are just so large! I did two of just Kayson's first year. The 8.5x11 I can put in my book shelf.

That is absolutely adorable. What a great memory to scrap. He looks so much older in that picture.

I love this layout ... but I think I love it even more because of the story behind it. The title is just PERFECT for what it's about. and I really love all of the different perspective photos of the candle blowing (the first is my favorite, with his little ear). What a neat kid to love that part of his birthday the most, I just dig that!!

and your Xs look great. Wink I don't know if I'd have the patience for that.

My new favorite of yours! I saved it to my scraplift folder before I could comment lol (it's #4 in there from you, btw).

I love everything about this, but my absolute favorite part is the striped paper (I *heart* striped paper). WOW!
