My finished first LO

I changed it up. I couldn't decide how to mat the pictures so while I was driving home I came up with this a went with it.

After doing this how do you afix your pics to the page? I used Kraft Bond Glue.

Great job for your first page!! I like where/how you decided to do the journaling. Can't wait to see more from you! I use adhesive squares or tape runners to adhere my pictures. Both are readily available at Target, Walmart or any craft store.

Just a tip, next time you stamp, if you take a wipie (or damp paper towel) and wipe the edges of your stamp, it will remove the excess ink that gets on the there for a "cleaner" image.

I like that you used the solid color as your backround color Smile

HAHA I made a mistake...It was actually my 23rd birthday and dads 50th. Any suggestions how to fix it?

I was thinking covering it with a piece of paper and journaling over it.

somewhere back a few pages on this board is a tip that explains how to correct journaling errors. and because it was the same mistake (meaning the two years) that will actually look cool when fixed. just cut out a rectangle of coordinating color, write the correct year, and then stick right on top of the error. I hope someone can post a photo of what I'm talking about.

and I love how you matted the photos. Smile

for adhesive, I use a combo of glue dots and the dot runner (love my dot runner!) adhesive.
