    Default My first LO sorta

So tonight I got a wild hair and dove right in...just seeing what I liked then I found it and kept on going. Guess when the mood strikes go with it. I haven't put anything in place yet but wanted opinions... I'm going to add some journaling of somesort when it's all in place. The Happy Birthday is a stamp and that is where I thought to put it. What do you think?

    Sorry if it's big

So far so good. I would wait to stamp until you were sure of where and how you wanted to do your journaling.

    Good Job!

Love how you angled the pattern paper. And the roller coaster is very cool! Nice work!

And I LOVE your name BTW!! So pretty

I think it will be great. Can't wait to see it with journaling.

    What about matting the pictures?

    Great start!

What about a big, bold title? Maybe just the title of the amusement park? Your journaling will add lots to the page.

I thought about matting the pictures with the corner designs instead of putting that in the corners. I thought that if I matted the pictures that it would look busy? What would you suggest I use to matt them. The corner pattern has almost a lime green in it.

I have an amusement park sticker but it didn't really "match". Would you put the title on another paper? Would you use stamps to create the title or maybe write it out?

Also I have a journaling question, what type of pen do you use for journaling?

For the title you can use stamps, print it on the computer, then cut it out, or use letter stickers...whichever you like. Very nice job! Is this your first page ever? If so, I'm impressed. You can journal with any kind of pen. I like my regular ball-point black ink pens and my white pens for journaling the best. Can't wait to see the finished product. KEep 'em coming!

I really love the paper you used and how you used it. If you have anymore of it maybe you could cut small corners shaped pieces and place under the corners of the picture that aren't already overlapping it (the bottom right corner of the top picture and the top left corner of the bottom picture). I would suggest using a white pen to journal. I think it would look nice with the background paper. I love the roller coaster...that is a great embellishment. And I agree that title would look nice!

great job, I would try to mat in white. That way it does not take away from the page
