I ordered a cricut jukebox back at the end of August as a bday present to myself, since custom crops had them on sale for 29.99. It was on backorder, but I still got the sale price. What was weird was that they charged my credit card for it when it was ordered rather than shipped, which I thought was a little shady.
So, Tuesday evening (9/22) I emailed customer service to ask if they knew when it would be available, explaining that I still wanted it, but just wondering what the status was, especially since I had already been charged. Wednesday during the day, I get an automated "your order has shipped" email. Thursday I get an email from customer service saying "your order shipped 9/23, let us know if you have any other questions" Normally they ship slowly via standard USPS. The jukebox arrived today via Priority Mail.
Me thinks they screwed up and are trying to cover it up. I wanted to email back to customer service and say "yeah it shipped, after I inquired about it" The shipping notification came AFTER I asked about where it was and then it came SUPER fast...hmmm, seems funny, but at least I have it in my hot little hands now and can play with it!!!
