my other new stuff (un-daycare related) - pic heavy!

plz let me know if you need me to type out any journaling on here Smile

2 page somewhat related layout

(the pics in the second one (of the toys) are not Wayne's actual toys. He was feeling down a while back that he didnt have pics of him playing much as a kid, and none of his favorite toys on them to show his kids...so I asked him the names of them, googled them, and got the pics printed. LOL. Thank you google! he loved the page. Smile

this is my nephew and niece...I really like this layout (I LOVE Everyday Paper Dolls!!!)...but I wish I had been patient enough to try to get better colouring out of the photo before scrapping it.It is a photo my sis mailed to me while I was living in the UK...ah well. I will know for next time.

and a couple cards...
for my friend Christina who is obsessed with sock monkeys

(had to keep it simple since the card was so small...the paper I found at Michael's

this is for a friend of mine who just had twin boys after a few early scares

and this was the card I gave Wayne for Christmas.

TFL! Biggrin

wow, you've been pretty busy! These are good. I like your card for the babies. So cute. I have some pics of Eddie that I should scrap about boys and their toys too! You might have motivated me to pull them out.

Love them all Karen. I haven't played with my E. paper dolls yet... must get on that.

I love your journaling, very heartfelt.

I really liked these pages. I was looking at them last night and hubby was in the room, and he really liked the toys pages. I agree.... what a great way to remember Wayne's childhood!

1. Such a fabulous memory to scrap! I like reading about your traditions. I like opening the door to the New Year. The white dots make great borders.

2. Did you draw the title?? It's great! And I love the robot paper!

3. Awesome that you found and printed those pictures of Wayne's old favorite toys. And using a picture of him as a child was perfect. That was a great idea.

4. Love the title! Is that from the Christmas cartridge you got?

5. Ahhh, the fishing boy turned out sooo cute!

The cards are great! I love the twins baby card you made, putting the baby initials on the onesies. Smile Sweet!

Great work girl!!!

These are great! I really really REALLY love the first one though, how you added the fireworks over the bridge! That makes me want to go back to paper! lol

I really like the first one the best. Great journaling! I forgot that as kids we used to bang the pots as well, but for some reason, I never brought that tradition forward. I'm gonna have to work on that!

Great job! I love how you did the magic of winter. Did you cute those with the cricut, paste them and then cut around? How ever you did it, I want to copy.

thank you everyone Biggrin

Charys the title on that page is actually froma little set of stamps Wayne had put in my stocking Smile It's a really fun font

And Shannon the cut is from Winter Woodland ...it cuts out all the lettering and then cuts our the back part separate. I like it too, thanks Smile
