Default Need ideas! V-Day present for Daddy

I want to take a picture of my daughter for my husband for Valentine's Day. I thought about making something that says "I love Daddy" or "I love you" on it and having her hold it in the photo or having it in the picture somehow. The only thing I've come up with is to mod podge a piece of wood with craft paper and letters to spell it out. I really wish I had a die cut machine... but I digress!

    Any other ideas?

I know it's not much help seeing as I live in a totally different country, but I saw some make it yourself clocks shaped like the word Dad today, you decorate the words and the spaces in the D's are for a photo then add the clock hands and mechinism in the back. I tried to find it online to show what it looks like, but I think they are discontinued or leftovers from Father's day (they were at a cheapie shop and reduced).

What about something like this? You can cut out a heart easily!

Thanks Wendy! It's a cute idea but probably too involved.

Ashley, that sounds simple enough! I had forgotten about that pic but I always loved it. Now let's hope I can get a good picture.

It's probably too late for me to give you an idea. I've been busy working on my own V-day projects here to post.

But here's what I did. This is a tutorial I found on Craft Gossip, and I did the same thing with pictures of my kids. I'll be posting about it tomorrow when I can take pictures in the daylight. I didn't finish until it was almost dark today.
