    Default Need some digi help

Okay, maybe not digi help, as paper people might be able to help me too.

I want to create patterned paper to use to cut cricut shapes from. I want to use certain words as my pattern. I don't like being limited in Word in terms of their spacing with words. I just didn't know if there was a easy way to do this. I can think of a tedious way to do it in Elements but before I went that route, I thought I'd check here.

Maybe there's an online generator that can help turn words into patterns?

Oh, and I'm pretty sure I have the flu, today has been a total wash. I'm in my crop corner now only because I'm helping Andrew with a school project, and being here makes me want to work on a layout hence the brainstorming about the background pattern stuff.

Anyhow, if you have any idea on how to help me, I'd love to know! Thanks.

Hmmmm ... I know there's a pattern maker in photoshop, but I don't know if it works with words ... let me play and see.

Trina, any luck? I can't seem to wrap my (congested) head around this problem.

This site takes words and makes patterns out of them. I am not sure if this is something you can use or not.

Kelly, I did try that but it didn't want to repeat words - it only uses each word once no matter how many times I type it in.

I decided to suck it up and do it by hand. I'm almost done, which is a relief.

Aw, that sucks, doing it by hand! The only thing I figured out is that the pattern would have to be the same - ie each 2x2 or 4x4 or 6x6 or whatever square would be the same, and I didn't know if that would work for you - it wouldn't really be 'random', iykwim? And you'd still have to set it up in that 2x2 or 4x4 square.

Hope you start to feel better soon!
