Has anyone used Creating Keepsakes Scrapbook Designer Platinum V.3?
I just got it as a gift from hubby...it seems ok except that you have to keep switching between the 4 discs....
Does anyone have a recommended program? I would love to get a great one!
That's what I had hoped. Doesn't look like it though....to do half the stuff it continually prompts inserting a different disc. Makes me feel like I am using a Commodore 64 game from my childhood lol.
Well I am gonna look for a different one as well. Any suggestions?
if you're looking for a full functioning photo editing program, Adobe photoshop and photoshop elements (the smaller simpler version of photoshop) are awesome. The downside is that they do take a little bit to get used to, but the majority of digi scrap tutorials focus on one of the 2 adobe programs and once you get the hang of it (took me about a month to be totally comfortable) you can learn how to do LOTS of cool things
If you want to use alot of the downloads available on the net then you usually need a larger program to handle them. I know that my copy of scrapbook factory didnt handle PNG files.
If you are going to get into digiscrap very seiously then I HIGHLY recommend paint shop pro or photoshop elements just because they can handle all the files, brushes, and actions.
You can get an older version of PSE for just 20 bucks. I use 5.0 now, but I was using 2.0 until just a few months ago.
